Overzicht
Then we will cook the meatballs with tomato sauce and at the end I will show you how to prepare a good homemade ICE CREAM “smoked with coffee” mocha or with fresh fruit.
You will eat prepared food on the terrace of the villa surrounded by nature and drink together excellent Tuscan WINES (bubbly , white and organic red). The beautiful VIEW of the city of Florence will make this experience unique and unrepeatable. It will be nice to tell you a bit about the story of my family and grandparents by showing you the memory book. We use high quality local products, many organic. We welcome small groups to make the experience more intimate and familiar.

Wat je gaat doen
Ik heet je van harte welkom in onze villa in de Florentijnse heuvels en samen bereiden we een aantal traditionele Toscaanse huisrecepten die mijn grootouders me liefdevol hebben geleerd. We bereiden ons voor: - twee soorten verse, handgemaakte pasta: Tagliatelle en Ravioli (pasta gevuld met ricotta en spinazie, het speciale recept van oma Lina) - gehaktballetjes met tomatensaus volgens het recept van mijn oma Siliana - tot slot laat ik je zien hoe je zelfgemaakt ijs maakt We gebruiken lokale en grotendeels biologische grondstoffen van hoge kwaliteit. Tijdens de vrolijke uren die we samen doorbrengen, kun je uitstekende Toscaanse wijnen drinken. In de lente en zomer eten we op het terras van de villa omringd door het platteland. Er wacht je een prachtig uitzicht op de stad Florence en het Toscaanse platteland. Het zal leuk zijn om je een beetje van mijn familiegeschiedenis te vertellen. we verwelkomen kleine groepen zodat de ervaring goed verzorgd, bijzonder en niet overvol is. retourtransport vanaf de ontmoetingsplaats in Florence naar onze villa in de heuvels is inbegrepen (korte rit van ongeveer 10 minuten) ECHTE TOSCAANSE GASTVRIJHEID WACHT OP JE!

Ophalen bij het hotel is inbegrepen voor alle reizigers.
We halen je met onze auto op bij 126 Viale Europa in Florence en rijden je in ongeveer 10 minuten naar onze villa in de Florentijnse heuvels. Je kunt de opstapplaats bereiken per taxi of met het openbaar vervoer. De bussen van het stadscentrum naar de opstapplaats zijn: 31, 32, 23B, 351A, 365A. (je kunt google maps gebruiken om het dichtstbijzijnde openbaar vervoer naar je startpositie te vinden).

This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.
