Ninja Stretch is Japan’s first entertainment-style stretching experience! Therapists dressed as ninja teach the spirit of nindō—with fun mini-lessons like shuriken (throwing star) practice and ninja walking—while giving you an amazing full-body stretch. The head sensei—formerly the #1 most-requested trainer at Dr. Stretch—and their disciples will loosen up your entire body. Expect that “hurts-so-good” release and a satisfying deep stretch. They’re open until 10:00 PM, so it’s perfect for relaxing after a long travel day. Highly recommended!

A surprisingly Authentic Ninja Experience in the Heart of Ginza

I was able to fully immerse myself in a far more authentic “ninja experience” than I ever expected. From the moment I stepped into the studio, every detail—from the ninja costumes to the subtle lighting through shōji screens—was perfect, and I felt as if I’d walked right into a hidden village of Edo. It was a living, breathing world unlike any activity I’d seen in photos or videos. The “ninja stretch” itself was astonishing. My shoulders and lower back, exhausted from travel, loosened almost magically. Unlike an ordinary stretch, it incorporated breathing techniques and shifts in body weight, and when it was over I felt light and completely renewed, as if I were a different person. Another great perk is its location in the heart of Ginza. It’s so convenient to drop in between shopping and meals—perfect for travelers. My child, who joined me, couldn’t stop shining with excitement at the authentic ninja atmosphere and had an absolute blast. If you’re in Ginza and want to combine a genuine ninja experience with a rejuvenating stretch, this unique program is definitely worth trying!

Ninjutsu Stretching’s Great Experience from ninja saori

It was great to receive a ninja-style service to restore my body. I am a social media ninja, travel and do many activities. After using the service, I felt lighter and more comfortable. It was great. If I have a chance, I will definitely use the service again.

Tokyo’s unique ninja experience: Ninja Stretch

I finally got to try the ninjutsu and shuriken throwing experience at the long-awaited ninja house. Learning the ninja walking techniques and throwing shuriken was challenging, but watching the instructor hit the target perfectly was very impressive. After the experience, I felt completely refreshed. My friends were all very curious when I told them about it, and I'm already thinking of going back!

忍者ストレッチ🥷 非日常空間の扉を開けたら忍者さん達がお出迎え！忍びの国さながらの忍者空間で行われるストレッチ。元々プロボクサーやっていたりパーソナルトレーナーやっていたりと身体に触れるお仕事していたけどここのストレッチは凄い！！たった20分で驚くほど軽く動きやすくなる！忍術って凄い！！手裏剣を投げたり、撒菱を避けながら歩いたり忍者体験も！「忍」のマークが目印！ Ninja stretching🥷 When you open the door of the extraordinary space, ninjas will greet you! Stretching in a ninja space like a ninja country. Originally, I was working as a professional boxer or a personal trainer, but The stretching here is amazing!! It will be surprisingly light and easy to move in just 20 minutes! Ninjutsu is amazing!! Throwing shuriken and walking while avoiding Sabishi Ninja experience too! The "shinobi" mark is a landmark!
