Unlike other tours held near the bright city center, our tour takes place in Kabira Bay—a premier scenic area away from city light pollution (about 30 mins away). Free private round-trip transportation is included, so you can relax while we bring you to where the stars shine brightest. Your guide is a professional photographer who is also a certified Starry Sky Sommelier®. Using a green laser pointer, they will highlight constellations and explain the night sky in fluent English while capturing stunning, high-quality portraits of you. We are the only tour operator on Ishigaki Island offering a full English stargazing photo experience! Within 1 week of the tour, you will receive professionally edited, high-resolution digital photos to treasure forever. (A "Star Sommelier" is a certified guide trained to help you discover and enjoy the mysteries of the universe, accredited by Yamagata University.)

It was a unique experience to observe the numerous stars in the night sky. Unfortunately, the weather conditions prevented us from extending our stay, but it was undoubtedly an unforgettable experience for my 9-year-old son.
This was a great experience, perfect for couples! Our guide was super accommodating and flexible, postponing the tour with an hour to wait for the perfect conditions for our pictures! We learned some new constellations, and the sky was super clear (I have never seen this many stars!!!). The pics of course turned out great as well!
Never saw so many stars in my life. Saito san’s laser pointer made it clear for me where the constellations were for the first time. He also took some incredible pictures for us on a cloudless night with the Milky Way in the background. Saw a shooting star for the first time in my life. A night of many firsts.

Guide was very knowledgeable and he took excellent photos! We had to reschedule our experience due to weather but it was worth the wait.
We really enjoyed this as a family. We live in Hong Kong and with the light pollution never experienced how lovely it was. To see satellites streaking across the night sky was mind blowing. Highly recommend this trip with a highly informed guide
I wanted to see the stars on a remote island with my fiancé. And it was such a pleasant experience. We did not regret it. We got picked up and brought to the top of a peak point and were able to see a vast sea of stars. It was incredible, I usually take my camera to do Astrophotography but the owner took pictures for us with the stars in the background and it exceeded my expectations how the stars looked at the peak. The photos turned out incredible. 10/10 I would do this again
Awesome view from the beach. The milky way was incredibly good looking from there. Saito even prepared mosquito spray for us. He also had laser to better show us the constellation he was talking about. Pick up included. All in all great experience. He took dozen of photos and they came out very good.
