- No smoking, eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
- No pets are allowed unless they are kept inside the special cage.
- Strikes and demonstrations, we are not responsible for any delays, missed flights, connections or additional costs incurred by strikes, industrial action or demonstrations which may take place both in France or throughout the world. However, we try our best to provide our service without any issues.

Extremely nice driver who took care of us even after dropping us off the airport. Very recommendable company.
Fantastic service. There to pick us up in plenty of time. Good quality vehicles. Used them numerous times for transport for Disneyland Paris and recommend them regularly.
Brilliant service, very professional, on time, very welcoming & very clean cars, very friendly drivers, helped with our suitcases at all times needed, also the car had a TV available with lots of Disney movies, my daughter loved it, drivers on both trips were so friendly & nice, I cannot fault this service, I would 100% recommend them, using prestige made it so much easier & quicker than getting any other transport, they saved us so much time
Great experience, driver waiting at arrivals and lovely comfortable air conditioned minibus. Return journey really good too on time and even had a film to watch on way back nice experience before the stress of CDG. Our driver Raja was lovely and very pleasant. Good value too.
Lovely Driver, Navigated around some traffic and had us to the airport timely and with cartoons on for the kids! Friendly man who made the children feel welcome and safe.

Clean and comfortable transport with friendly helpful staff. They were waiting at the airport and quickly got us loaded and safely to Euro Disney in under 45 minutes. The children were entertained on the journey by "Toy Story 4" film. Return journey was exactly the same high quality. Would recommend this company to everybody.
We used interservice prestige 3 times. From CDG to Paris hotel, train station to Disney hotel and Disney hotel to CDG. All times driver was on early or patiently waiting when we came out from the plane/train. Friendly service and made travelling stress free with kids.
