You'll ride through the clouds to the summit of Mount Olympos, also known as Tahtali, on one of the longest cable car rides in the world – its more than 4km long. At the summit, which is 2,365m above sea level, you'll have plenty of time to soak up 360-degree panoramas from the viewing platforms, just as the ancient gods and goddesses did. Phaselis Koyu
After pick-up from your hotel, you’ll travel to the ancient Greek and Roman city of Phaselis, with time to swim on the beaces. Located on the Lycia coastline. Walk among the ruins of shops and the main street while glimpsing into its former life as an important commercial port. From here, you’ll spot the Bey Mountains National Park in the distance - your next destination.

Mt. Olympos (Tahtali Dag)
From Phaselis we'll drive to the Tahtali Cable Car. You’ll ride through the clouds to the summit of Mt Tahtali one of the Europe’s longest cableway for views that stretch out as far as the sea. At the top – 2,365m above sea level – you’ll have plenty of time to soak up 360-degree panoramas from the viewing platforms. And once you’re back on lower ground, you’ll head to Yoruk Park for a taster of Turkish nomadic culture.

Boring trip with some of the worst food I’ve had at the top of the mountain. The tour of the ruins was fine if a little underwhelming for the history. Cable car tour was pretty boring, felt more like a ride on the tube to work rather than a relaxing holiday experience. Then the complimentary meal was third world prison quality with most people leaving it untouched.
