Ce que vous ferez
L'apprentissage en ligne sera terminé à l'avance pour les éléments pédagogiques, le premier jour, rencontrez l'instructeur pour examiner les documents, discuter du matériel de formation qui doit être renforcé. équipez-vous d'équipement de plongée et assistez à une session de formation en piscine. Le deuxième jour se réunit à la plage pour les plongées d'entraînement 1 et 2, le troisième jour se réunit à la plage pour les plongées d'entraînement final 3 et 4. Une fois terminé, vous recevrez votre journal de bord et votre certification pour le plongeur en eau libre Pour être admissible à cette activité, vous devez être âgé de plus de 10 ans ou plus et avoir un niveau de forme physique raisonnable et ne souffrir d'aucune condition médicale. Tous les enfants de moins de 18 ans doivent être surveillés par un parent qui doit participer à cette activité de plongée sous-marine. La plongée dans les 24 heures suivant le vol n'est pas recommandée. Tous les participants devront remplir un questionnaire de santé avant de plonger. Certaines conditions médicales préexistantes (par exemple l'asthme, les problèmes cardiaques, etc.) peuvent vous empêcher de plonger, veuillez consulter votre médecin Les voyageurs doivent avoir un niveau de forme physique modéré et être à l'aise dans l'eau. Charles is very experienced, very knowledgeable of the dive sites across Phuket , an ex serviceman from the UK he has dived all over the world and been an instructor since 2000. With tips about where to go in middle America and California, he even found a missing WW2 plane in Loch Ness and offered closure to the families of the fatal accident decades after the fact. Very generous with his knowledge, and I was lucky enough to have him as my personal instructor when others made the not bother with only one student. It’s the off season in phuket so many other instructors would wait until they could book multiple students on their dives. Now Padi open water certified, very confident, and having swum with leopard sharks, turtles, lion fish, and sighted many fish and corals I need to avoid to stay safe , I gotta say I can’t fault the training, detail, and knowledge I have is all down to the thorough and fun training of one very clever and talented Scottish fella. Completely unsteriotypically generous. (Sorry Charles had to remind you of the stingy Jock joke). Oh and special thanks to the boat crew , great food, friendly assistants, and awesome dive sites.
Charles from Kiwidivers was great with us. He made us feel comfortable and took us through all the tasks for our open water certification. Booked our 2 days boat diving with Kiwidivers from UK before we got to Thailand. Booking couldn't have been easier - Charles was knowledgeable and really helpful. My daughter had to complete her open water dives for Padi Open Water certification and we completed 6 dives over 2 days in some of the most spectacular locations including Phi Phi. Charles is a very experienced and patient instructor and the organisation, kit etc was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kiwidiver Centre and Charles if you are thinking about diving in Phuket....plus the diving experience is off the scale!

Charles was a fantastic instructor, very detailed, and tells you the why of things and real-life scenarios when teaching the techniques, safety skills, and equipment usage. When in open water, he guides you through everything and makes you feel safe even if you have never dived before, swimming between corals, showing you really cool marine life, and taking pictures of you! I highly recommend taking the Open Water Course with him, and I can't wait to be back in Thailand to dive more and maybe do the Advanced Course with the most experienced instructor in Phuket!
I just finished my Open Water Diver Course with Charles and Kiwidivers. Charles was absolutely amazing and competent as my instructor. I had a personal 3 day session with him and i felt super safe and this made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. Charles was always extremely patient with me given that this was my first time diving. He made the process super easy and smooth. Would be recommending his center to my friends and family - would love to do my advanced course with him as well.
I am on this trip alone with my 12 year old son, I already had this on my bucket list, I felt completely confident with Charles to take care of him and me. The instructions are clear and precise and he has all the experience you can imagine, more than 20 years diving, we did all the written and practice tests in the pool, it was 3 days full time, we are very happy and grateful for this experience!!
